
Remote support is provided by means of a small program you run on your PC, which (with your express permission only!) allows us to support you remotely. We will be able to run programs and change settings on our PC while your permission continues. You will be able to watch what we do and end the support session at any time.
Below you will find a link to download the program which you should the run, with your permission. The exact text you face will vary according to the browser you are using.

Windows download – or – Mac download- For some browsers, such as Chrome there can be an issue downloading the program file directly, depending on the security settings in your browser.
Please click on this link instead for the Windows download of the ZIP file if you encounter a download issue in your browser. - Once the ZIP file is downloaded, you can click on the ZIP file or use use Extract in Windows to access the program file.

- Launch the downloaded program.
It may be in your Downloads folder. - Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin or support person.
When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program. This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you run the program again. (It can likely be run again directly from your Downloads folder, if required. Otherwise download it again.)
